JVM 545 Error for BB9790

Hi Guys. I need your help so badly. I hope someone can help me with the solution on how to fix the jvm 545 error. I tried to use the  desktop manager to update the OS or reinstall, however, it does not give the option to reload the OS. The message only says: no update available and option to subscribe to new OS release.

 

There is no apploader as well. I am using the latest desktop software. Also i cannot connect with battery on as it always reboot due to the jvm 545 error. 

 

Please help! Thank you in advance.

I was able to use the guide from Kryptos! Also I updated my OS to 7.1 with huge success! 

 

That vendor.xml file sure knows how to hide itself hehe! Thanks again Wolf359!

i have connected the mobile to desktop manager, but it says the mobile is not connected? since my mobile is rebooting everytime with a white screen with message JVM ERROR 545 coming everytime. So how to connect mobile to the pc in such scenario.?? i am still unable to connect my BB 9790 to the desktop manager. plz help guyz.
