JVM 545 keeps happening

i am getting very frustrated my blackberry torch 9810 has bricked itself with JVM 545 ... 5 times... everytime i have to reinstall the operating system to have a phone again. there is no warning the phone just dies. What do i do?

Going forward make sure you install BlackBerry protect so backup your device

 

"JVM error 545" appears on the BlackBerry smartphone

 

if the above does not work out and you cant figure out what app might cause it then the phone maybe faulty, contact place of purchase for warranty support.

I do use blackberry protect and desktop manager or i would be freaking out... i was just hoping to avoid the warranty process... i called the dealer today and they said it will be 3 weeks without my phone and i will have to use a old bb as a loaner... anyways i was just hoping there may be another solution. i guess i have a dud.
