JVM error 545

I received a JVM error 545 on my Blackberry Torch 9810.  The 12-month warranty has expired (the phone is only 15-months old) and neither my service provider nor Blackberry customer service seem to be able to assist me in fixing my phone.  Is it possible to fix the problem by replacing the motherboard?
