this stupid phone keeps displaying this error message i have done everything the support page tells me and still nothing, how do you contact someone about this? trying to find someone to email for customer support is rediculous on this site! am slowly losing patience and will be flight testing this phone very shortly

have the problem of JVM 545, when i connect my blackberry 8520 to my computer it ask my device manager password, i dont have that password, it shows the pin no 85FE598, i like to have my device manager password,
so that i can solve the problem. i am using blackberry 5.0 desktop software.
