Re: JavaScript and Cookies are Enabled

Try deleting the browser cache and the check the issue. For clearing the browser cache go to browser -> options -> Cache operations -> clear Content Cache, Pushed Content and Cookies Cache.

Re: JavaScript and Cookies are Enabled

I've tried all of those things.  Sprint had me wipe my phone and re-install 3 times.  I have internet access, but no one can send me pictures any more.  The cookies are disabled, so I'm not allowed to get pictures from sprint pictures or any other site that requires cookies to be enabled.  This all happened when i updated to 4.5.0.  I have a useless blackberry.

Re: JavaScript and Cookies are Enabled

I am having the same issue with my 8330.  Since the update at the store, i can no longer open pictures sent to me.  I have done everything suggested, pull battery, clear cache, I still get "Please check if your browser is set to accept cookies" and at the top it says "cookie_disabled.jsp"  This person is sending me a picture from her Verizon Wireless Phone.  Again, until the update was done, i had not difficulty in opening picture attachements.
