Just bought BBM Help!

Okay, so I've had my blackberry for a few days now getting used to it and all, I just bought the blackberry bundle from Tesco Mobile for 5 pound. After I end the call I recieve this message :

Recieved @ 13:00

Tesco Mobile : We've taken the 5/mth charge for your BlackBerry bundle & it will be ready for you to use in 24 hours. Text STOPBLACKBERRY to 28948 to opt out.

Recieved @ 13:04

Tesco Mobile : Sorry your handset does not support automatic settings, Please call our care team on 0845 301 4455 for further assistance.

Ive called the number but they are closed due to the hours.

I am using a Blackberry curve 8520 on tesco mobile, ive got a blackberry pin etc but Im not sure if BBM will work due to these automatic settings, I havent set up an email yet due to something about enterprise activation and it wont let me activate it as I dont have a enterprise server email or password.

If someone could help I would be greatly thankful !

James

go to options - advanced - host routing table, press the menu key and select register - you should get a confirmation message back your handset has been registered on the network after which bbm etc will work

Do a simple reboot on the BlackBerry in this manner: With the BlackBerry device POWERED ON, remove the battery for a minute, and then reinsert the battery to reboot.

Often that reboot will reconnect your device with the BlackBerry account and register your new services on your device.

On your Manage Connections screen, click on the Services Status. What is the status of the BlackBerry Internet Service?
