HI, I have had my bold 9900 for 6 months and after an interrupted update of an application I have noticed that the "s" key is not typing reliably. For example I type the alphabet and when it gets to "s" it doesnt type the letter however if i type another letter and then delete it and type "s" it is fine. Not related to amount of physical pressure applied.
I wonder if anyone has this problem after an application software update also and how they fixed it ?

About a year ago, I had one phone with a problem on the upper right of the keyboard. I sent the phone to a Blackberry service rep. They put in a new keyboard. The phone has been good ever since. It is rare, but a keyboard can fail.
