Can you look your Options > Device > Application Management, and make certain there is no Advance OS LED app loaded... AND that no other LED app is installed, like BeBuzz or ColorLED or anything related?

Ok There was the application yet, so I've remove it . I've switch off and reboot my phone again. There is always the blue color.

Do not switch off to reboot.

 

Do a simple reboot on the BlackBerry in this manner: With the BlackBerry device POWERED ON, remove the battery for a minute, and then reinsert the battery to reboot.

OK, at this point, either look there for another similar app... as before;

type your complete list of apps installed here;

or, call Orange and get help on this.

I do wish I had a better answer. I suspect there is another app at play here, or a remaining module from the earlier app.

I watching in all the settings in my phone and I didn't downloaded a similar application. So I don't know
