Three weeks ago I bought a Blackberry Curve 9320 and set it up to suit my normal phone calls and e-mail messages activity. Everything has always worked fine and everyday I delete all the e-mail messages with the DELETE PRIOR command. However, there's this annoyng e-mail I received Saturday 1st December.....there's no way I can rid of it....I've tried the DELETE PRIOR...I've tried the DEL button, but nothing; it sticks in the e-mail box like if someone had sent it with a bucket of super glue! The e-mail heading shows a white envelope, with the flap open, on the left of the screen and next to the envelope, on the left side, there's a thin blue arrow pointing down. I have googled for a while, to check what it could be but I cannot solve the problem.
I would be very happy if someone could help with the problem.
Thank you very much for the attention.

Welcome to the BlackBerry® Support Community Forums.
This sounds like you are describing a message that has been flagged as 'Low Priority' by the sender, try reinserting the battery and then try deleting again. If the message does not delete try clearing the message data base as shown here: (Note: Completing this will clear all message in your messages data base.)
