Here is the situation
My Sister has swapped her watch for a BB curve 9300 (Nothing else came with it apart from a pouch)
Her friend said she got it from her boyfriend but she didn't need it because she already has one.
My sister gives it to me and ask me to get it to work, it can get data signal but when you try to call someone or send a text it immediately fails.
Turns out it has been stolen
What can me or my sister do as her so called "friend" does not want to cooperate but yet has the ego to admit she lied and confirmed that this device had be stolen.
Thank you for your Time

I'm sorry...can you try to re-write that post again? With such a long string of words without any punctuation, coupled with so many misspelled words and/or "text speak" jargon, I just can't quite understand what you are trying to communicate. Please try again, checking your spelling and using basic punctuation so that your words can be understood, and thereby we can hopefully provide you with useful guidance.
