I'm also getting locked out when trying to either log-in with the correct username/password. Or when I try to reset the password.
This has now been going on for two weeks, I'm absolutely frustrated, especially when I log-in with my correct information.
Can I get some help please?

I just experienced the same issue this morning, tried to log in to update the Facebook app and was locked. Received the same Spanish error message as some of the other posters.

Same issue with not being able to log in. My password is correct and I get frozen out. I try to reset it and it doesn't accept my correct security answer either. Been trying this for several days. How do I fix this?

For those of you unable to log in, you can send me a private message with the email address you used for BlackBerry ID as well as your BlackBerry PIN (found under Options>Status) and I will investigate for you.
