After many attempts to log in to update an app, I finally had the pw changed, no it keeps sayin i am locked out for 15 min but hours later I am still seeing the same error message. How do i get this fixed.

Read this Knowledge base :
KB24157 : BlackBerry ID lockout behaviour.
If we enter too many wrong password then as a security reason it will lock to prevent unauthorize access to that BlackBerry ID. Go through the cart within that KB an reset your BlackBerry ID password it might help.
Click " Like " if you want to Thank someone.
If Problem Resolves mark the post(s) as " Solution ", so that other can make use of it.
