Locked out of my phone

Heres the deal, I think I signed up my phone using a cable company email.  the blackberry id and the blackberry userneme.  I have since forgotten both and have been locked out of my phone.  I go to use the forgot id tool and it sends the message to the cable company email.  But I canceled the cable company and that email no longer exists.  I have tried to go on striaght talk.com to change some things but that hasnt worked either.  All I can do now is recieve calls on teh phone and thats it!  Any help would be greatly apprecieated
