There's obviously something going haywire with your OS. It's either that or some app you recently installed isn't getting along with your phone.
Start with looking at your apps. If you've recently installed an app, try uninstalling it to see if that helps. If not, I recommend jumping right to an OS reload. To do this, plug your phone in to your PC and open BlackBerry Desktop Software. Once your phone has connected, click Device at the top of the software then Restore. Pick the most recent restore point and load it.
