I have a Job where I have to write down my Phone calls and Emails I respond to on a Log sheet. I transcribe every single call and email(not the body) which takes longer than I spend answering the call or email. I do not reconcile until after I have written down my log.
Is there an app I can grab the LOG and Place it into an Excell Spread sheet. This would save me hours.
I am not sure exactlly what I am looking for. I have a PC and have not set up at Desktop program. I only get email. My work has its own BB server.
