My Device: Torch 9700
My Carrier: AT&T

Log In

The Torch 9700 does not recognize my Email address and I can't affect the phone or get into the on-line services either.  How do yo make contact with someone at BB for customer service.  The support page goes in a round circle logic and I'm stuck

What is the error message you are getting when trying to integrate your email address to your BlackBerry Device??


What type of email address are you trying to integrate to your BB?  (Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook Web Access, POP, IMAP)


To get support for your device over the phone your going to want to call your Wireless Service Provider.
