Losing all data after putting new sim card

Hi there,

I found myself in very bad situation. After putting new sim card to my BB 9900 I lost all my data and there was nothing left when I've put back the old sim card I'm using for a while.

No contacts, callendar information, pictures, music - everything was erraised.

I was trying Blackberry Desktop Service, but I couldn't restpore data, because I didn't save it before.

Blackberry ID didn't brought anything back too.

Is there anything I can do to make the data back?

Re: Losing all data after putting new sim card

Hi and Welcome to the Community!

Since, as you say, you took no backups before, then there is nowhere from which to obtain your data for restore now. Sadly, you never took advantage of the many FREE methods BB provides to protect your data, and you have now lost everything, with no hope (as per what you have said) of recovery. Please review the Backup link in my auto-sig on this post so that you can better protect yourself in the future.

Good luck!
