Losing memory 9810

Hello,

I have a BB 9810. When I restart, I have about 160 mb memory, but in less then 24 hours, I have to restart, because the memory is on 0.

Also when the memory is down to about 25 mb, the Phone goes to waiting time.

For restart, I have to take out the battery, have anybody a solution, for the lost of memory, and how i can avoid to restart by taking out the battery.

Every help is welcome, thanks in advance!

Re: Losing memory 9810

You should be able to grab an app from BlackBerry World that shows what's using the memory on your phone.  As for restarting without a battery pull, a battery pull remains the best option for clearing out your cache (which is what you want here).  You can hold down your power button and restart that way but that won't have quite the positive effect of a battery pull.

Cheers.  Smiley Happy
