Loss of data, addresses, photos

Hello,

My friend visiting from Indonesia with her Blackberry purchased a local prepaid simcard from Telstra Australia.

After she activated this and opened her phone all of her data, records, contacts, photos etc had been deleted. She is very upset.

Is there some way to restore this ?

Re: Loss of data, addresses, photos

Hi frankkellett

Welcome to BlackBerry Support Forums

That is quit Odd ! Inserting a new SIM does not wipe our device , might have done something else. If you have an earlier backup of your device you can restore those that has deleted or if you are using BlackBerry Protect then you can restore you data except those Photos .Otherwise there is no way to restore those data .

Good luck.
