Lost BB bold 9700

Please help, my BB bold 9700 was stolen two Saturdays back and the person is contacting some of my contacts on the phone. Unfortunately I did not activate blackberry protect neither did I set up the backup facility.

Please how do I remotely delete my contact list.

Re: Lost BB bold 9700

You don't.  What you do is contact Vodacom immediately and ask them to suspend your phone's PIN.  This will prevent anyone from racking up charges on your account.

Next, you'll have to contact each of your contacts by other means and explain the situation.  The fact is, unless you've installed an app that will allow for the tracking/wiping of your device, you're pretty much out of luck.

I hope that helps you.  Smiley Happy

You don't do any thing....just contact to your carrier to block your phone...
