Lost Contact detail

Today I got error message: RELOAD SOFTWARE: 552. I have followed BB support process and re install OS and now it is working. But I lost all my contact detail and downloads.

 

Please suggets how to recover contact list.

If you did a recent backup using desktop software or used BlackBerry Protect in your device for backup purpose then you can restore your those  data . Refer to those Knowledge Base for help :
