Lost Email after Upgrading OS

I upgraded my device OS yesterday, and lost my email accounts. When I tried (a gazillion times) to setup the e-mail accounts (comcast and yahoo) I get the fiollowing message when I click the verify button: "Sorry, unable to continue your session. Plese log in again."

 

I don't know what this is all about. I've never had this trouble before. If anyone can help, I'd appreciate it.  The OS currently in my phone is 6.0 Bundle 3049 (v6.0.0.706).

 

Everything else is fine on the phone. The only thing I lost was the e-mail.

Hey Diamonique,

 

Sorry to hear about your issue. Have a look at this article for further assistance with getting your email accounts setup. 

 

How to integrate a POP or IMAP email account through advanced integration 

 

Also have a look at the additional information at the bottom of the article. 

 

If after following the article you are still having the same issue then you will need to contact your wireless service provider for additional assistance.

Thanks for your response. I tried all those things and finally ended up having to call my provider (Sprint). After trying various things, the suppor rep finally had to wipe the phone. It worked out fine, but this shouldn't have been necessary after a simple upgrade..
