"Forgetting" your email password is an email provider problem, not a BB problem. You need to get the password to log in via your computer and then use the same password on the BB.
Edit: Are you referring to the @yourcarrier.blackberry.net address? You may need to just call your carrier and see if they can reset that.

Often the BIS password reminders are sent via SMS text message to the device.
Look in your SMS folder.
