Lost contacts

I have not managed to get blackberry desktop software to work with my Torch. The bottom left just stays on connecting...

When my Torch froze today I tried again, managed to get an update my Torch but then everything froze,

my Torch was connected to my Mac Air I had to hard boot.

My torch now works but I have no contacts.

anyone have a solution?

Tengo el mismo problema.... IOS7 Después de cargar el blackberry Id en el Blackberry Messenger, me indica... Restaurando BBM.... y después de mucho tiempo dice "NO SE PUEDE CONFIGURAR BBM, SE HA PRODUCIDO UN ERROR TEMPORAL EN EL SERVIDOR DE BBM"  
llevo en esto dodo el dia, lo hago con el plan de datos, con wi-fi y nada
que puedo hacer si mis datos PINES estan aqui?
