Lost data connectivity after OS upgrade

Im new to the board and I live in Jamaica. I upgraded to .148 but now have no data connectivity and my edge icon is now all in lower case. I asked my carrier (Digicel) to resend my service books but no change. I went through options and mobile network to ensure I was on the correct settings (2g&3g) too.Does anyone know if I have a wrong setting or whether I need to just downgrade to .75?

You are on a 9530 on a GSM carrier?


You can always try the service books yourself.


1. Options > Advanced > Host Routing Table > Menu > Register.

2. Resend your service books from your carrier BIS site.

3. With the BlackBerry device powered ON, remove the battery a few seconds and then reinsert the battery to reboot
