Can anyone help with MMS and Internet settings for Bold 9700 on the Virgin Mobile Australia network? I am able to browse the internet through Opera mini using APN: VirginInternet but no luck with MMS? Any fixes for this problem or is it true that Virgin does not support Blackberry devices.

Hi and Welcome to the Community!
On BB, access to a variety of services is enabled by the existence, on the device, of the proper Service Books. Service Books are delivered to the device by the carriers network...but, normally only for those specific device models that the carriers network supports, and none support ALL BB models. If, as you suspect, your carrier support NO BB models, then you cannot expect their network to deliver Service Books, which means those services that require SBs will not work, which includes MMS. But, only they can answer the question as to if their network supports BBs at all, and your specific BB model number in particular.
