MSN on Blackberry not working.

It says I'm signed in. I can see all my contacts online. But am not able to receive or send messages, and they aren't coming up as offline messages when I sign into my computer. I use this app for business purposes, so I need my contacts to be able to reach me. Anyone have any ideas what I can do to fix this?
