MY BBM IS NoT WORKIMG

Hello, my BBM is nt working. I upgraded to 7. 0.126 and since then my BBM has refused to open. it keeps saying I shuld check my time and check the profile screen and check the blackberry registration status. There is no delete option whenever I highlight bbm. I tried deleting it through options(application management), then I redownloaded it but its still saying the same thing. Can any body pls help me out. I use 9800 model

Sorry to hear you're experiencing an issue with your BBM.

 

Are you connected to WiFi or are you using the Mobile Network?

 

Under Options>Display>Date & Time, is your Time Zone accurate? Are you using Automatic or Manual time? 

 

Go to Options>Device>Advanced System Settings>Host Routing Table. Do you have any entries listed? If so, hit Menu and select Register Now. Do you receive the message? 

 

If you have no entire in the Host Routing Table or you do not receive the registration message you need to contact your mobile network carrier to ensure your BlackBerry data plan is enabled properly.
