When connect 9930 to iMac running 10.6.8, Desktop Software (v2.4 Bld 17) does not recognize the 9930 and launch although the Finder does recognize the phone. Have identical software on MacBook Pro running 10.6.8 and everything works like a charm. Have uninstalled and re-installed Desktop Software on iMac but to no avail. Suggestions?
