Mailbox size warning notification

I use torch 9800 and use corporate e-mails over the 1 year. 2 days ago received notification regarding mailbox size warning.

The text as below:   The mailbox (my corporate e-mail account) is almost full.
You should remove some emails from the box as soon as possible to prevent losing any future mail, or ask the admin to upgrade your account to have a larger quota. This mailbox is currently 91.94% (45.97/50.00 Megs) full.

Please advice what should I do in this case or this notification is not related with my blackberry. Also should I periodically clean /restore my mailbox in the blackberry or it is being automatically deleted after some date?

Best Regards,

Re: Mailbox size warning notification

That message sounds like it's a problem with your actual email account, not your BlackBerry. In this case, I would contact your company's IT department and let them know that you need more email space. Another thing you can do (at least temporarily) is simply go through your email account and either delete or archive emails that you don't need anymore, which will free up space for new emails.

Good luck!
