FYI, your photobucket links are nonexistent.

Remove your battery while your phone is powered on then replace it.

Please post back with your results.  Smiley Happy

Sorry about that, was having trouble with the links. Can you view them now in the album?

And have taken the battery out and replaced it, nothing's changed Smiley Sad

OK, now we're good.

Let's get your OS reloaded to your phone.  If the battery pull doesn't do the trick, an OS reload should.  Plug your phone in to your PC and open BlackBerry Desktop Software.  Click Device at the top of the software then Update.  If no new OS version is offered, click View Other Versions and choose the one that says Currently Installed.

Keep us up to date on your progress.  Smiley Happy

Thank you so much! I've been installing and reinstalling various software versions to no avail, but your method has fixed all the problems! Smiley Happy

Right on!

I'm glad things are back to normal.  Keep us in mind if anything else should ever go wrong (with your phone, that is).  Smiley Happy
