Managing Call Logs

I cannot change the settings for Call Logs. I would like to set them on 'hide call logs' but for some reason it isn't happening (it worked before). Is it dependent on some other setting which may have changed, or?

Re: Managing Call Logs

Hide call long from where? Are the showing up in message list? If that is so that go to call logs > click Menu button and select Options > Call Logs and Lists > Show These Call Log They In Message List: Missed Call/All Calls/None. (Choose as desired)

Re: Managing Call Logs

@tanzim

That is exactly what is not working now. The settings worked before but since the last couple of days they don't work, I set them to (show) 'none' and Save the new setting, but nothing happens, the call logs are still showing.

Re: Managing Call Logs

Try this -

When you device is POWERED ON, remove the battery for a minute, and then reinsert the battery. This make a reboot to your device which resolves minor issues with the BlackBerry device.
