Manual Contact List Backup (broken Screen)

I am trying to sync my BB with a Mac as my phone will be going in for service because the screen died, the device continues to receive texts, calls, and e-mails but I can not see anything on the screen.   So far i have been able to sync pictures, mail, calanders and tasks but under contacts it says it is set to Wireless Sync and wants me to change a setting on the BB it self however seeing as the screen is dead thats not an option. Is there a way to force a sync?

Re: Manual Contact List Backup (broken Screen)

Hello bjborschke,

Welcome to the BlackBerry Support Community.

You will not be able to sync or backup a database that is enabled for wireless synchronization, without access to the device.

What type of email address are they associated with? If the contacts are enabled for wireless synchronization and stored in your webmail, you can just re-add this same account to your replacement and the should synchronize wirelessly.
