Manual power on from keyboard

My toddler recently chewed my power on/off button (red button at bottom right of phone) so it no longer works.  I then stupidly powered down the phone using the screen icon, so now I cannot turn it back on.  I'm guessing there is a "secret" keystroke combination that BB engineers use for turning these devices on and I am homing someone can share it with me.

Actually, I don't think there is such a secret keystroke combination. However, if you remove and re-insert your battery, that should initiate the boot-up sequence.
