I have a torch 9850 with the latest 7.1 OS.

Is there anyway to to do a voice search for map directions?

Is there anyway other than blackberry traffic to use voice turn by turn directions because I get an error message that address lookup is not available in my area-( north Carolina)?

I am not finding any password keeper on this phone.

Is there a way to do voice dictation to email or text?

Is there an easy way to toggle gps on/off?

Yes to all your questions.
Google Maps will do voice searches. Download it from m.google,com/gmm
Telenav has great voice turn directions.
Check your Applications folder for Password Keeper.
Use a third party application like DriveSafe.ly
Toggle GPS off so that you can't use mapping or SatNav? Options > Device > Location Settings.
