I have a 9300 Curve and I have a list of issues which i am having with to deal with.
I've had my phone since late last year and now recently noticed that i have not been receiving any emails and can not chat to some bbm contacts. I saw the problem and addressed it with a software upgrade (but not before I did a back up) which I thought would fix everything then when i tried to do a "restore from back-up" from BB Protect nothing went back to the way it was before doing the software upgrade. All I got was my contact and info I have stored on my memopad. Things have now become worst and I need this smartphone for the work I do and can not afford to just go out and get a new one. I have deleted my email account and reloaded it and i keep getting this message "An error has occured. Please try again later"
I dont get emails, cant chat to majority bbm contacts (only two) and due email being jammed I cant access my bb app world or my twitter or my fb or anything. I am getting really frustrated with this because i need it for the work I do.
Please can someone assist me a.s.a.p.

Hi and Welcome to the Community!
With a strong carrier network signal (e.g., not merely WiFi), I suggest the following steps, in order, even if they seem redundant to what you have already tried (steps 1 and 2 each should result in a message coming to your BB...please wait for that before proceeding to the next step):
1) Register HRT
2) Delete and Resend Service Books (pre-BB10 devices only)
Hopefully that will get things going again for you! If not, then you should try deleting and re-adding your configurations for the affected email accounts. Otherwise, you should contact your mobile service provider for formal support.
