Master Reset BB8900

Hopefully someone can help me. I have a 8900 Curve and my daughter was playing with it and somehow changed the language and icons to Arabic. Since I can't read Arabic I can't even find the icon to do a whipe handheld. Is there any way I can get it back to factory settings and English? It is new so there is no information on it that I care about saving. Thanks for any help!
