Mcall license is gone

Hi,

 

I used my blackberry appworld acc namely mark.colucci@yahoo.com to purchase Mcall manager for my blackberry. Today, I change to another blackberry. But the license doesnt work. Could you please check it for me. My new blackberry PIN is: 20E156DF

Did you use the same BlackBerry ID in your new device?
Try contacting their vendor support email!

I did use the same. However the key which they gave me in the Blackberry Appworld does work Smiley Sad
 . I Tried to contact the support several times, however, they havent responded my email
