Can anyone help me with this problem please.
I had to take my battery out of my phone, which I've been having problems with my battery staying charged, but that's another problem.
I now have this message on my phone saying: "A media card has been inserted that contains errors. Do you wish to repair the Media Card now?" I press "YES" to repair, then it says "If lost clusters are found do you want to save them?" I press "YES", then it says, "Media Card repair failed.
First thing I didn't insert a new media card, the one that came with the phone is still in the phone, so what do I do now to fix this problem?

There are many threads about how to fix this issue. Try to search around.
Basically you should try to connect your phone to a Mac or a PC.
Then from a Mac run "Disk Utility" and use Repair funcion, from a PC right click on the external drive icon, select "Properties" and run the check utility.

I looked into some of the other posts and checked out the link you posted. I also tried connecting the phone to the computer and fololowing what you suggessted but still every time I insert the media card the message "A media card has been inserted that contains erros. Do you wish to repair the Media Card now?" comes up.
Is it most likely because the card I am using is a SD Card of a Class higher than 2? I am using a 32 Gb class 6.

If you are sure that the Class 6 card is defect free (maybe because you had used it in a different device), this would support my feeling that BlackBerry is not fully compatible with all classes (or brands) of cards.
I just can say that I've been using (and stressing) a Sandisk 32GB Class 2 cards for 5 weeks so far flawlessly.
