Do you mean do a restore but NOT restoring Apps?
Do you think an App is causing this?
Also, did you see my message about using a Radio app that I use to use on the 8520, and the 9900 saying it was using Excessage Usage??

By a custom restore, I was referring to restoring only essential data such as contacts and calendar and not restoring the entire backup file. However, I would also advise testing without restoring any 3rd party applications and perhaps restoring them one by one, testing after each one is reinstalled. Regarding the radio application you mentioned, we are unable to comment on any 3rd party applications. You may wish to post that question on a new thread so it can be addressed by the community.
