Media Manager

Ok, so a problem I didn't have with my Curve, has surfaced in my Bold.  I'm hoping it's not by design and will be fixed.

The problem is, when files (photos or videos) have been uploaded via the USB cable to my media card,  it won't show in the media manager.  I can get to them by going through the "Explore" interface, but they won't show up unless I save them directly to the card using the phone (ie saving an image from the Internet Browser.)

Is there some way to change this behavior, is this a bug, or am I crazy?  I'm using the Rogers OS on the BB itself.

Hi and welcome to the forums!

The Media manager has proven to be very unstable. Check the grey search box and you will see the myriad problems

associated with it. You are much Better served n using explorer Drag and drop.

You may be interested in a very stable program from BB called media sync:

One warning: Itunes are DRM protected and will not play on BB.
