As of this morning, my music and videos were unable to be opened. I get a message that says"unable to play content". Does anyone have a clue as to what I am to do? I tried resetting blackberry and it still wont let me hear my music.....HELP!

Hi and welcome to the forums!
Okay when you said you reset the device did you pull the battery, or just hit the red button?
If you did pull the battery do this:
Go to OPTIONS - ADVANCED OPTIONS -HOST ROUTING TABLES click to enter, press menu key and select register now,
You will get a verification email and get new service books,
After the email:
Pull the battery while the device is ON, replace after a minute
,Let the device reboot 1-3 min, see if the problem is fixed

I tried what you suggested and when it booted up the following message appeared " Uncaught exception: A browser content provider for audio/mid MIME type has already been registered with the browser.
**There was a big red exclamation point to the left of the message**
Any other suggestions?

Go to Browser start it, menu key options, cache operations, clear all categories.
See if the problem is gone.
