I have problem with media sync.  It keeps saying that it can't connect to my device.  Has anyone figured out this problem?  Thanks!

Re: Media Sync

Hi and welcome to the forums,

Device OS version can be found in OPTIONS/STATUS version is 4.x.x.xxx.

Try this:

Bring up media sync with USB connected to PC:

No data will be lost when doing the following: pull the battery while the device is ON.

Replace after a minute, Let the device reboot 1-3 min,.

Connect USB cable to BB and try to sync.

Thanks

Re: Media Sync

Hi,

Go to options/status and send the file free and file total numbers.

This is a USB troubleshooting link:

Re: Media Sync

Your memory looks fine, I would take a thorough look at the USB procedure.

Thanks,
