Media Synch

Trying to use for the first time, but I get an error message to turn on mass storage, but it's turned on automatically when it's connected...or supposed to be. Thoughts?

Hi and welcome to the forums!

go to options/media card. Make sure that Auto enable Mass storage is set to on.

Then try:

Pull the battery while the device is ON, replace after a minute,

Let the device reboot 1-3 min, see if the problem is fixed, Thanks

Re: Media Synch

Great, that worked!

Now, it only downloaded a few songs, saying the rest could not be downloaded.  Is it the format?

Re: Media Synch

Let me guess iTunes?

iTunes are DRM protected and will not transfer or play on the BB. From what I hear Smiley Wink there are free programs that strip the DRM

encoding. Cough Cough GOOGLE search cough. Smiley Happy

Thanks
