Media card

hai guys


im having a problem with my bb torch 9800.. everytime i delete some picture or mp3 is still appear even tho after i turn off and on back my bb or even i pull out my ba3..  why isi this happening? now my media card is full and the pictures are stil there . is it a virus or there is setting anywhere that i miss.. please help me

I would suggest to enable Mass storage mode on the BlackBerry smartphone, connect the BlackBerry to your PC using a USB cord and copy/ save your Media files to the PC, then reformat the media card.

To enable mass Storage mode Go to Options > Device > Storage.

How to reformat the Media card:
1. From the Home screen of the BlackBerry smartphone, select Options > Device > Storage. Or using Universal Search, type media card and select Options > Storage.
2. Press the Menu Key and select Format.
3. In the pop up window select Media Card.
4. A warning message appears, asking if you are certain you would like to format the card. Click Yes to continue.
