Hi and Welcome to the Community!

 

There is no such thing...BlackBerry does not manufacture media cards. Rather, your BB will support media cards of a certain capacity, based on this KB:

  • KB05461 MicroSD card sizes supported by the BlackBerry device software

You have the whole world as your choice of procurement source.

Thank you SO much for answering.   I'm afraid I don't know much about computers.  I get a pop up on my BB 9850 that says "A media card has been inserted that contains errors. Do you wish to repair the media card?  When I click "yes", it says "media card repair failed".  I took it to my Verizon dealer and they didn't know how to fix it.  Can you help me>

Start with this:

  • KB14745 "Memory card contains error, please use disk checking utility on computer" appears on the Home screen of the BlackBerry smartphone
