Nothing comes up asking me to load apps (even the 3rd party ones I have installed disappear after the OS load). I'm going to take it to the Sprint store and try to get them to restore the OS onto the phone. Thanks

This is nothing you can't do yourself, using the loader.exe method of upgrade.

I am having the same problem. I can't seem to load the memo and tasks apps via the Desktop manager or even find anything on the web that can help me reinstall it. All because I decided to upgrade my blackberry

I'm having the same issue with my Tour 9630. Upgraded to 5.0 and no Memo or Task apps. Tried everything. Seems odd that BlackBerry wouldn't auto load these apps and allow the user to delete themselves. I'm getting tired of the deleting, reloading, searching, etc... to get this resolved. Any easier way?
