Memo pad & Task Help

Hi,

I'm new to this as well as a new blackberry curve owner and could use some help. Recently, my Curve had a hiccup and had to be wiped. I'm missing some of the 3rd party applications that came on this as default (password keeper, memo pad, task). I'd like to get these back and have tried looking for them to download.

I've even tried downloading the OS to Desktop Manager and Add/Remove Applications and cannot seem to find it or reinstall it. Any suggestions on how to get this back or where to go?

Please help

Re: Memo pad & Task Help

You can update your device software online.

Connect the device to the computer.

Launch Internet Explorer and open this link: http://na.blackberry.com/eng/services/devices/

Hit on "Update Now!" button.

Popup will be displayed.

Hit the "Options" button on Popup window and scroll down the list of available applications.

Check the applications you want to install.

And accept changes.

Do not disconnect the device until the process completely finished.

Re: Memo pad & Task Help

In this case contact your BlackBerry Enterprise Server administrator and ask him to push the necessary apps to your device.
