Memory not recognized by Windows

I have Blackberry 9000 with a 16GB SD card.

I am able to synchronize my calendar successfully with my Laptop running Vista.

My Memory settings are as follows:

Media Card Support: On

Encryption Mode: None

Mass Storage Mode Support: On

Auto Enable...When Connected: Yes (I have tried Prompt as well)

The systems shows both the device Memory and my Media Card.

The Media Card was formatted in the BB.

I have not been able to "see" either my BB memory or the Card in Windows.  I have tried 3 computers (one XP and 2 Vista) to no avail.  In one of them, I even tried remapping all drives except C: in order to free-up E:, F:, etc.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Once you connect your BB to your computer, check your device manager. Make sure that it's listed there and if there is a yellow "!" you have a problem. I'd start with that.

Re: Memory not recognized by Windows

Thanks for the response.

The BB shows up correctly in the USB controllers list.

Everything seems to work except the access to the memory through "My Computer"

When you unplug your media card from your device, can you still connect your Blackberry to the computer and it still works? Another thing, use a card reader (if you have one) and plug your card into that and see if the computer can read it. Also, check this form out http://supportforums.blackberry.com/rim/board/message?board.id=Bold&thread.id=15804 .
