Messages with audio

When I recieve an MMS message with audio attached it messes my phone up.  If I receive or try to make a call after receiving a message with audio, the other end can hear me but I cannot hear anything on my end.  I have to take the battery out and reboot before I can hear anything.  Does anyone else have this problem and any suggestions on what to do?

Re: Messages with audio

Lots of people on this forum have had this problem. Unfortunately the only solution anyone has come up with is to pull the battery. Sorry I can't give you a better answer.

Re: Messages with audio

I appreciate the answer.  I have talked with Verizon about this issue and they SAY Blackberry is working on a software update to correct this problem.  I just wondered if there was info out there that I was not aware of.  This is kind of an irritating problem because when you have to take the battery out it takes a few minutes to power back up.  Thanks again.
